What is wrong with him??? By Tarunyoo 520132009

Yesterday, I went to Robinson in order to get away from the hot weather. There, I met my friend whose face looked very gloomy. I asked him, worryingly, “Are you alright? Your face seems not good at all.” He looked at me with his eyes burnt with fire, “Thank you. Just met and you hurt me now.”, then he turned his back to me and left. I was stunned and stood there confusingly. “Did I just say something wrong? Didn’t I just ask him because he looked gloomy and that made we worry?” I started feeling bad and uncomfortable since that moment until NOW.

What people think in their mind is very hard to figure out. Some say that just looking in their eyes or looking at their faces and I will know how he/she feels. To be honest, I do not agree with it. There are many times that I try to guess someone’s feeling, but I have never been right. The inside feeling is not what I can be so sure that this person thinks this while that one thinks that. Those feelings are kept inside and that is why people cannot know my actual feelings as well; I perhaps smile, but inside I am burning like a fire now.

To my friend, I honestly did not know his feelings at that moment. I did not know why I asked him and he had to say something bad like that to me. He was ironic to me by saying, “Thank you”. Did he not think that I meant nothing bad to him at all? I did ask him because he perhaps could talk to me about the things that were bothering his mind. He should not just be doing like that to me; turning his back and left without talking. Honestly, he made me upset and made me think that he was not a good person to be friendly to at all.

Perhaps, what I talked to him really hurt his feelings, but could he just not think that I HAVE never meant to mock or make fun of him at all? If I did want to do that, then I would have talked with the very big smile on my face.

Now, it comes to you, readers. Have you ever been done or treated like I have been done? Share me your experience or your feelings towards the situation or from your friends or someone whom you know who makes you feel like me and how do you handle with that person? (You can also absolutely talk about the other stories if you do not ever encounter the situation like mine such as, your love story that will never be forgotten – or anything).

Hot Hot Hot by Mayuret 520132013

I went to Pattaya for seminar last week. Most of the time I stay in the hotel but when I step out to buy some utensils outside I can feel that the weather is really hot. A SUPER-hot April temperatures hit 43-44 degrees Celsius. I mentioned this problem with my colleges who mostly 20 – 30 years older than me. They all said the same ‘In the past, it was not as hot as these day.’

The main causes of hot weather were air mass, air pressure and storms. I think human activities that caused emissions of greenhouse gases also contributed to the problem. Global warming is no longer a hoax, nor a phony threat created by some environmentalists with hidden agenda. In fact, this natural phenomenon is more real than what people could possibly imagine. Its existence and threats to mankind have been scientifically documented with concrete evidences, statistical data, and occurrences that should be sufficient enough to keep world citizens from ignoring the reality, while also urging them to reflect on their actions.

I notice many places around us use air conditioning; houses, shopping center, hotel, shops, restaurants, library, hospital, post offices, banks, or even our class room in HB7 that we always open in day time every weekends.
What will happen if all of us only think about ourselves and escape the hot weather alone by using air conditioning? I think environmentally friendly rules should be laid down to avoid crisis. In addition all of man must become more awareness and be responsible for the environment as if it’s their property.

Let’s share how to become greener!

Destiny?

Destiny?
“Don’t believe for what I have just said until you experience it by yourself and then you will know that it is true or not” told by a fortune teller. I was surprised and scared of what I had been told by the fortune teller since what she said became true. My friends took me to see the fortune teller with her and of course she forced me to do it too.
She told me that I would lose some money and my mom would tell me a bad news within this week. Two day ago in the morning, my mom called and told me that my brother had an accident. He fell from the stair and broke his arm. I was shocked and thought that it was impossible that what the fortune teller told me became true. I tried hard to believe but I was stunned again after a situation yesterday. I lost my wallet while I was shopping. It felt terrible and sad that all my money is gone and I didn’t have any money left to buy things that I had made for my “wish” lists that I would get. It was unbelievable that what the fortune teller predicted were true.
Nevertheless, I still don’t believe about fate that fate controls our lives. Even though there is no explanation about what had happened to my brother and to me and of course my wallet. Everything has its own cause and effect. I lost my wallet it is because I was careless. And it was not the first time that I lost it. I always left my wallet carelessly and there were many times that I lost my money, cell phone, ring, etc. Moreover, what happened to my brother also accidentally occurred since he is a mechanic so that kinds of accidents are possible to happen. What I am intending to say is the best thing to lead our lives is not a fate but our own actions and behaviors that lead our lives. It will be good or bad depends on us as we are the one who cause and solve things that we face in our lives.
Therefore, a prediction may be one of good recommendations but it cannot destine us to be or not to be and to do or not to do. Be confident to go on our lives and be strong to accept whatever will come to our lives. “Don’t be afraid of whatever and whoever tells who you are, just know who you are and what to do on your own. It is your life”.
